Fall of 2019 I built a new computer except for the power.I'm sure even their new white series are better than most companies bronze. It was louder in my first build because they were old components that must have drawn a lot of power. With new build it's completely quiet.http://askaudit.ru/call-of-duty-4-pc-manual-pdf.xml

I still have this and it still works like the day I got it. They're not dishonest and advertise combined wattage like some companies do.Only support for 8-pin CPU power. (Would actually still work with my new Gigabyte Aorus Elite x570 as its VRM design only requires 2x 4-pin.)I used it with my main system until just a few weeks ago when I got a Corsair RM1000x modular, which can support 2 cards so I can do PCI pass-through. Nothing wrong with it. I ran it heavy too. I almost never turn off my PC. As up to a few weeks ago I was overclocking components with it and the power was dead-on clean. I could find my stable voltage with only 5mV from instability and I never had issues. Corsair makes a fine PSU and they're the only ones I will ever buy as long as they keep to their high standards.Oh, what's that? Still using the same old power supply, 9 years later. Buy Corsair, people! All black, wires have thin see-through plastic mesh around them. Beautiful. You get what you pay for, you'll be amazed from the moment you open the box. 5 year warranty.Haven't seen them on any other plugs before. Power supply functionality is still 100%. Hard to find such a low price on a power supply of this quality nowadays.Update: July 8th 2019 It blows the fuse and is now finally dead. RIP my friend.I guess 8 years is all you can expect from a fan. 12 years would have been better though. I take off one star for that. My expectations are high. Superb products last much longer than you expect.Died December of 2018.They don't make it anymore.Replaced with another Corsair, no other issues. Also, you should probably get modular if you have a smaller case or want better airflow.Still working over 8 years (and 3 builds) later.Click here for more details. MarkH Top Contributor: Guitars 5.0 out of 5 stars I do not have a problem with the cables. The mb, 6-pin cables are thick, but fairly pliable. The sata power cables are flat, and somewhat stiff, but not a problem unless you're trying to twist them (I fold- up the slack, shove that between drives - works for me). Only issue with the sata cables is the spacing. I just used three instead of two to handle my 6 drives. They make extender and splitter cables, which I used to get to my usb3 cards. A word to the wise: never use cables from another manufacturer, or model series without verifying compatibility. They all use the exact same connectors, but the pin-outs are very different. I wanted to leave all my XFX cables in place, saw that the connectors fit the Corsair perfectly. Dumb! Thankfully, in my case, my mb just wouldn't boot. I've been building computers and servers for 20 years, but not much recently, and this is only my 2nd modular for my own computer, so be warned!I had put a cheap Chinese 650W power supply in it. Under normal use everything was fine, but when I went play games, the speakers would buzz, and the buzzing wasn't tied to the volume of the speakers.

Even with the speakers on MUTE it would buzz. I tried several things and then became convinced it was the cheap components of the power supply causing it. I purchased this Corsair and not only is there absolutely no noise while gaming, there's virtually no noise at all from the power supply. Corsair packs it well and the modulars cables come in a nylon bag. It was easy to install and route the wires. The flat wires on the Sata connections are awesome for routing!I submitted and RMA with my serial number and they accepted it and I sent the unit back within 2 days of it failing. It took 98 days for them to get me a replacement. 98 days. i sent them an email and updated their support ticket every 3 days and they just ignored me. 98 days. it is not worth it. it may be a good product.Example 500watt 80% efficient will pull 625watts from the wall at full load.I've dropped an image chart below for reference. It supports my AMD GPU at 4k res and hasn't been an issue if I use Afterburner to OC my GPU, this PSU also powers 2 fans, a watercolor, my motherboard, 6 hard drives for content creation and of course my CPU.Imagine a firecracker going off in your brand new build. Haven't had the ability to test any other equipment as I have no backup PSU, so I assume that I lost all my new equipment. Will be contacting Corsair during business hours. Pros: -Great fireworks display for the 4th of July -Great for use in arson house insurance fraud Cons: A little too large for use as a paperweightNot that it really matters in my case since it just died without warning after 21 months of moderate use.I purchased the 650 (over a 550 or 500) so I would have the extra power and cables for use in the future when I add a second video card and go SLI. If your video card uses only a single 8 pin connector for the cooling fan you will not need the extra cables of the 650, and could probably use a 550.

My Video card, the Be warned, most cases now put the power supply on the bottom with the intake fan facing down. So if you have carpeting you will need a hard flat surface to place the computer on, so the intake will not be blocked. This is a Semi-Modular unit, meaning the cables for the Motherboard which every ATX computer will use, are hardwired into the power supply. This is only a problem if you need to remove the PSU, as you will need to unplug and unthread the cables to remove it. If you are someone who frequently trades parts you may want a fully modular power supply, if you are going to build and forget, then this power supply is a great choice.I sent it to their service center. Their employees are so arrogant that you are begger on a street. The lady told that the details in the invoice are not seen correctly. My person visited there three times even then it was not resolved. She refused to give a letter that she can't receive for repairs or replacement in the warranty. It is really horrible experience. One should try some other PSU other than Corsair like Antec etc. Corsair service in India is horrible.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It runs very cool and extremely quiet inside a Cooler Master HAF case. All cables were included for my system b configuration. I replaced a failed Thermotake 750watt with this one. My PC is substantially quieter with the Corsair. I highly recommend this power supply based on my results so far.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again I will never be able to go back to a non-modular PSU, it makes everything so much neater and the installation SO much easier. It's not flashy but still looks like a very premium PSU. Looks great in my i7 8700k build.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again This semi-modular PSU delivered what I had expected. It came with the motherboard and CPU cables already built it and I only had to attach one vga and one sata cable (more cables are included).

If I had to be picky I'd complain that the motherboard cable shows the colorful wiring right at the end where it plugs into the motherboard itself, and the rest of the cable is sleeved. All the included extra cables are black ribbon cables, so they don't look ugly and stand out. All in all it was a good valued purchase and Corsair is a trusted brand.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again In fact, it doesn't even turn on the fan unless it needs it. Partly for this reason, I suspect, this thing generates a lot of heat. I have a massive chassis and it sits far away from my components, so I have no real issue, but I would be more worried if it was in a smaller case. It's like a little space-heater. Also, I purchased this refurbished, which means I saved some money, and yet I still feel like it was a bit too expensive for what I got. Ultimately, though, it's worked perfectly well for me, and I really do like the look of it, and the quality of it, and I hope to get many years of use out of it. Five stars, with one star removed for a) being too expensive, and b) being by far the hottest-running power supply I've ever owned.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Fully modular for excellent cable management. If you need more PCIe connectors for your needs then consider the beefier 850W or a 1000W model.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Even when gaming the fan hasn't needed to come on, runs nice and cool even under load. There's also the option, as with most power supplies these days, to mount this facing up or facing down depending on your needs. The only thing I would change for people with less experience building PC's is better labeling for the modular cable connections, but that's minor so still a five star rating from me.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again The product box was top notch quality and everything was very secure.

The cables are beautiful in black and are very high quality, and they included a bag for the extra cables you don't use. This is my first fully modular PSU and its safe to say i'm never going back. I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more Corsair products in the future this surpassed my expectations greatly, I didn't think one could get so excited over a power supply.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Cables are a little bulky for my configuration. I have a full size ATX Tsunami case. 1 SSD, 2 HDD, 1 DVD, and a beast of a graphics card. Getting the thick cables to play nice was a little challenging. I'm hoping this unit lasts. Time will tell.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Then i came across this power supply from corsair, its not the high end stuff but its not low end either. I decided to give it a try. I did some gaming, rendering and so far the power supply was ok under heavy load.So far this product satisfies me.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Haciendo una excelente opcion para los que buscan construir su PC silenciosa y potenteSorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again The modular design is great and it isnt too bad on power consumption either. My favourite part about this power supply though is that it didnt immediately blow up my computer like some of corsair's lower end models have in the past.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Very silent, and the semi-modular design is very nice for cable management and general airflow inside the unit. I'm very pleased with this one.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again. I get a amber light on the front of tower and no video.I can use a different powersupply and can get in the bios and probably get in to windows but i didnt have hdd hooked up.I read on this forum (i think) that someone put in a tx 750 in a studio 540 and it worked fine.

Now if the TX750 worked, then a TX650 will work so I really don't know of any compatibility issue. I had a TX650 in a 530 which is very similar to the 540 and it worked fine. Hard to believe you could get two DOA's from Corsair, but I had two OCZ's that were DOA so you never know. Have you tried to call Corsair support for their input. I would do that before sending it back to Newegg again. I just never had any problems at all with my TX650 and it is still going strong after about 2 years. If still the same issue replace the Power Supply. If is blinking amber, is caused by a hardware recently installed causing compatibility issues. Regards So first try with a different board. Regards Now if the TX750 worked, then a TX650 will work so I really don't know of any compatibility issue. I had a TX650 in a 530 which is very similar to the 540 and it worked fine.
